About this event
The next DEMC Breakfast Business Meeting will be held at the recently launched MoD Defence BattleLab Innovation Centre, Dorset Innovation Park, Thursday 10th February 2022
The BattleLab Innovation Centre provides a virtual and physical community, allowing collaborators the opportunity to access offices, conference rooms, 5G network and MoD end users, engineering workshop, testing ranges with cleared air and sea space.
Defence does not hold the monopoly on innovation, many militaries now leverage technologies that are developed in the commercial sector for its own requirements rather than developing bespoke solutions itself.
The Defence BattleLab was born out of the need to embrace uncertainty, to pivot in response to rapid global change and to leverage emerging technology faster.
The Event
In addition to being another excellent opportunity to network face-to-face with your peers and the MoD, this event will have an impressive line-up of speakers with a strong focus on defence, technology collaboration, and the opportunities that will offer with so many barriers now dismantled to meet the MoD.
You will also have an opportunity for a guided tour of the MoD Defence BattleLab Innovation Centre.
