This is an innovative new Dorset Chamber programme for young professionals across different business sectors, aged up to 30, designed to be an enjoyable, warm and friendly yet professional environment where peers can meet and discuss current issues facing them in the workplace. With a quarterly-event programme planned, the Forum has been developed to facilitate great networking, provide peer support, and promote personal development.
Through its events, the Forum will explore the issues facing young professionals in the workplace including topics such as: financial wellbeing, effective networking, mental health in the workplace, and sustainability and the environment. However, the Forum is about the young professionals who are part of this group and they will really drive the agenda in terms of content and activities.
