The British Chambers of Commerce campaigns for business and their opinions are regularly sought by policymakers and parliamentarians, helping shape the UK’s business agenda for more than 160 years. The Chamber Network sits at the heart of local business communities in every part of the UK, helping businesses of every size and sector to thrive.
Shevaun will talk about the work of the British Chambers of Commerce (BCC) with a particular focus on their work with, and on behalf of, Chamber members, insights into economic conditions and reflections on the Budget, as well as campaigning priorities for 2023/24.

This special event will also mark the official launch of the Dorset Business Festival 2023, a 3-day celebration of business in Dorset comprising of a major business conference, a business exhibition and the Dorset Business Awards 2023, recognising excellence in business across a number of categories.
The event will begin at 12:00pm beginning with a drink’s reception followed by lunch served at 1:00pm, we expect the event to close around 4:00pm. There will be the opportunity to network with other attendees both pre and post event.
