Business ethics is the application of ethical values to business behaviour and applies to both the conduct of individuals as well as the business or organisation as a whole. It applies to all aspects of business conduct, from the boardroom, how companies treat their employees and suppliers to sales techniques and accounting practices.
Join Dr Louise Preget, Senior Lecturer in HRM and Organisational Studies at Bournemouth University, for an introduction to business ethics, why it is important that businesses and organisations fully embrace these principles and outline the practical steps that can be taken to support this.
The event will also offer the opportunity for a Q and A discussion and we will signpost to further support available.
