Welcome to the registration page for our unique virtual Business Transformation Workshop, part of the new and completely free* Business Transformation Programme.

It offers ambitious, growth-ready businesses in the BCP Council area a very rare and exclusive opportunity to gain bespoke advice and support on business transformation from former Sunseeker and Lotus Cars CEO, Phil Popham. Prior to working with these iconic brands, Prior to this, Phil was responsible for global Marketing Sales and Service for Jaguar Land Rover as a member of their Executive Committee that oversaw a period of unprecedented growth.

Phil will share his vast experience during this 90-minute Transformation Workshop, covering:

  • Business transformation
  • A career in transformation
  • Leading transformation
  • Drivers of transformation
  • Key elements of a robust business strategy
  • Emerging considerations

The second part of the Transformation Programme then gives business owners and senior managers who attend the Workshop a fantastic opportunity to benefit from three virtual follow up 1:1 sessions with Phil at board level. In the first 1:1 session they will discuss the business, future plans, opportunities and challenges, all of which will form the basis of the next two meetings, which will focus on agreed areas.

To take part in this exciting Programme, first register your interest to attend the Workshop now, as there are just 20 places on the Programme, demand is expected to be high and a place cannot be guaranteed.

*The Transformation Programme is completely free for 20 businesses to attend thanks to grant funding awarded by BCP Council to Dorset Chamber to deliver it as a new and exciting way to support and accelerate post-COVID19 recovery for businesses in the area.

Please note: this Programme will be delivered virtually, but where possible some face to face visits may take place.
