CNC Milling turning and grinding with CNC CMM inspection ISO 9001, AS9100 rev D. Batch sizes from 1 off to high volume production parts. Specialised NPI and fast track cells. Design for manufacture input offered free of charge. Supplying Aerospace defence, automotive, oil and gas, medical and motorsport industries.
Full process control, and tractability of parts. FMEA and risk mitigation, as part of the upfront engineering process, to ensure right first-time manufacture, and on time delivery. Transparent scheduling, and progress update available throughout the process. Management of material, surface protection and corrosion prevention is routinely undertaken and offered.
FAIR, PPAP, ISIR, SPC, and other inspection reporting offered as required.
