AAV Plastics

About Us

AAV Plastics is a fully integrated injection moulding manufacturer offering a complete service from concept to finished product. We manage every stage in-house, including part design, tool design, toolmaking, injection moulding and finishing processes such as assembly, packing, plating, and printing. Established in 1988, we combine over 20 years’ expertise with advanced technology to deliver precision, quality, and cost-effective solutions for customers across diverse industries. Our strength lies in a deep understanding of both toolmaking and moulding, enabling us to provide expert advice, reduce tooling costs, and optimise designs for performance and manufacturability. Whether producing small components using interchangeable inserts or large-scale parts up to 1 metre long, we ensure efficiency and value, with proven cost reductions of up to 90% compared to alternative manufacturing methods. AAV operates a fully equipped in-house toolroom, retaining CAD data for every tool to enable fast, accurate repairs and modifications. Our CAD/CAM system supports product and tool design, CNC milling, and wire and spark erosion, with two wire eroders and two EDM machines on-site. We also maintain strong partnerships with trusted Far Eastern toolmakers to offer competitive tooling, fully supported and maintained locally. Our moulding capabilities range from 25 to 330 tonnes, with core pulling fitted to over half our machines. We are known for our proactive customer support, assisting with product improvements, problem-solving, and ongoing development to ensure reliable, high-quality results. From early feasibility assessments to full-scale production. AAV Plastics provides a complete plastics solution, delivering precision, efficiency, and long-term value under one roof. ISO9001:2015 and UL746D certified.
