Before Joining the Economic Development team at BCP Council in July 2014, I spent 14 years in the engineering sector locally, with various training and advisory services. 2024 and 2025 saw me as Chair of Dorset Engineering Manufacturing Cluster, which I set up in February 2010. I host regular sector events, and enjoy building consensus and bringing people together.
