Before becoming Director of Apprenticeships and Skills and a member of Bournemouth University’s Leadership Team, I was the Head of the Department of Design and Engineering at the university for seven years. I am a Chartered Engineer, Chair the Institution of Engineering Designers Education and Training Committee, and assess university and college engineering courses to award accreditation.
