I’m committed to creating inclusive environments and fostering talent. With a Business Studies degree, I has a diverse career in both commercial and charity sectors. In recent years, I have focused on engineering and manufacturing and developing STEM strategies across the UK. I’m also on several boards, advocating for women and disadvantaged youth in engineering. I also volunteer as a Charity Trustee and Enterprise Advisor, believing that diversity in engineering is key to solving future challenges.
