Who is your facilitator Clive Ozzard?

Clive Ozzard works with a wide variety of SME’s across the South and West of England. He provides direct support through both business and HR consultancy, with a hands-on and pragmatic approach. In 2014 his services were recognised by Enterprise Nation and he was selected as one of the top 50 business advisers in the UK.

Prior to setting up his own company, he worked as a professional business adviser with Business Link. As well as supporting clients, he also managed the advisory team, with a remit to help business owners to improve their organisations, with a strong people focus.

His previous background has been solidly rooted in HR support at a senior level in a large operation where he managed across multiple sites, with a team covering training, recruitment, and generalist HR.

He also operated as a Training Adviser with the CITB providing skills development within construction. He oversaw youth training, setting up apprenticeships across various trades where he advised on HR, health and safety and organisational development to a range of clients.

His areas of expertise have a strong focus on developing managers and helping them to get the best out of their teams. This covers hands on coaching, training delivery and extensive action learning facilitation.
