The MTC's Digitalising Manufacturing Conference is back for 2021. Taking place across three days during Digital Manufacturing Week, held in partnership with The Manufacturer. For the first time the MTC will be hosting the conference as a hybrid event, starting virtually on 9th November, followed by a hybrid event at the ACC Liverpool on 10th and 11th November 2021, to coincide with Smart Factory Expo.
A key theme throughout the conference will be success stories from UK manufacturers who have already started their digitalisation journey, those who have taken the leap, put the theory and methodologies into practice to benefit from the opportunities of digitalisation.
With expert speakers from the UK and across the world, keynote presentations, panel sessions, live Q&As, UK success stories and technology demonstrators, Digitalising Manufacturing 2021 is this year’s must-attend conference for those looking to get a better understanding of digitalisation in the UK and further afield, learn from those who have done it and take practical steps to start or continue on their digital transformation journey.
EVENT SCHEDULE
This year’s conference will start with the big picture. We’ll hear from our panel of international expert speakers to gain a high-level view of the current situation in the UK, Europe and further afield. We’ll look at the challenges and opportunities for UK manufacturers, and where we can learn from successful initiatives and approaches from Europe and beyond.
Days two and three will focus on the practical implementation of industrial digital technologies and skills. The sessions are designed to give manufacturers a better understanding of the journey ahead of them, the challenges along the way and practical advice on how to tackle them in manageable steps, and ultimately make the right decisions for their business.
